SALON POLICY
When you book an appointment at Miart Beauty, that appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent me from being able to accomodate other clients waiting for appointments.
$30 non-refundable deposit for an Eyelash Extensions and $50 for Cosmetic Tattooing is required to secure your booking. These appointments take the longest time slots and if canceled unexpectedly are more difficult to fill. Your reservation fee will need to be paid at the time of booking an appointment.
Booking fee will come off the total of your appointment cost. As a courtesy to me a minimum 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Any cancellations/reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in $30 cancellation fee incurred.
Under age in the Salon
I strictly do not apply eyelash extensions to anyone under the age of 16. Even with the signature of a parent or guardian, I am not covered by my insurance if I apply lashes to anyone below that age.
Between 16 and 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian, but need them to fill out the consent form with me as a witness.
Kids in the salon
As I am concerned with you and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon.
Late arrivals
In order to respect the time of us, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be cancled with a $30 cancellations fee.
Late cancellations & No-shows
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify me at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will incur a $30 fee.
Client who have a No-Show of three(3) or more times in a 12 month period, may not be given priority for future appointments
